As a longtime student of yoga currently working towards my Yoga Therapist certification, I’ve experienced, first-hand, the powerful healing benefits of yoga and I absolutely love sharing it with others.
I offer experience in a variety of styles and intentions, to help you maintain or improve your health and wellness. Through your yoga practice, not only can you transform your physical body, you can also heal your emotional and mental bodies.
